Gayle. I too was told I could bring my cow a day early. I did, they were there, they unloaded, everything was smooth and easy. Mistakes happen, maybe should have given them a chance to make it right. Good people, have another date next month.

Picked up 2 hogs last week and it is by far the best we've had. Not sure how they do it but I won't be going anywhere else if they can make pork taste this good!

I would not recommend this company! Had 2 butcher dates. First one was 10/17/22. Was told we could bring cow the day before between 2 and 4. Drove from Guthrie to Tonkawa and no one was there. By accident the owner showed up about 30 minutes later asking why we were there. Explained we were told to be there. He knew nothing about it. Verified with the owner while we were there that we indeed had the 2nd butcher date in December. Called the day before to see if we could bring the steer that day since again we were coming Guthrie. Drove an hour and a half. Got there and was told we weren't on the schedule, no where on the schedule! Their schedule was full and they couldn't take him. How can you mess up 2 butcher dates! Don't use this company! No apology, no nothing. Wasted my time and gas.Nobody offer to unload and process our steer. The owner was not even on site. They called him and there was NO offer to make this right!
