My husband and I have been visiting this restaurant whenever we pass through for years, but in recent times it had become a bit rundown, and the food reflected a lack of effort. However, while traveling through tonight, we noticed from the street that the restaurant looked much brighter! It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do! The space is simple and spacious (great job cleaning up the plants while still keeping a few). We really enjoyed the chips and various salsas. I love that most meal prices are only $9.99; we both had the #7 Abelos Enchilada Tamale and hard taco, which came with rice and beans. It was delicious and well-portioned. The only downside was the price of the guacamole: I ordered a large for $3.99, but I felt the size of the cup was small for that price. Otherwise, everything else was reasonably priced!
Wednesdays feature an all-you-can-eat enchilada special, and they customize them to your preference. I personally enjoy the flour tortillas the most, and they are always accommodating with that request. The restaurant is tidy and has a welcoming family vibe. The prices are excellent, and the food is delicious!
I absolutely love the food and the staff at Nana's. If you haven't been there yet, you definitely should give it a try!
The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is incredibly friendly!
Our first visit was a success! The servers were attentive, almost a little too much, but in a charming way! If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. We’ll definitely be back!
