Domino's Pizza - Toney

Ordered $70 worth of pizza online over three hours before I needed them for a party. Showed up on time to get them, got to the window and the girl said they hadn’t even started them and it would be 30 more minutes. I told her I ordered them in advance and that I had an event which is why I planned in advance with the ordered. She said they couldn’t do anything. The manager Mackenzie then came to the window with the rudest order and said “if you know someone who wants a job then I can get your pizzas” she then walked away and came back and said “you need to move I have a line!” I never was asked to pull forward before. So I asked if an employee would bring them out and she said no! So I would have to wait even longer in the line behind me on top of waiting for the pizzas. I decided to park and come inside. Not one single worker wearing gloves! Disgusting. I will NEVER be back.

The crew that they have now is awesome! Autumn and staff have been running it for the past year or two and they have been way better than previous crews! Thank you for your hard work.! Sincerely a pizza addict

Ordered Garlic Parmigian bread bites they was hard stale and had no seasons. Called to complain and spoke with Vanessa and she was beyond rude. Told me her suggestion was to order from another dominos if I didn't like what I got from them. Do better.

Been going here since they opened, in the last couple of years, the quality of the food and the attitude and efficiency of the staff have taken a free fall. Do yourself a favor, get a frozen pizza or a Papa Murphy's.

These people really don't care. I'm pretty understanding. I mean, I've worked in food service myself, but if you make a mistake, own up to it and try to fix it. Even the General Manager is rude. Guess they feel like they can act this way, being that they're the only pizza place in Toney lol.
