Kfc - Tonawanda

We ordered through Uber Eats, and the only item that tasted fresh was the drinks. They also forgot to include a fry and substituted two wings and a thigh instead of providing the two breasts and a wing we ordered. The food was stale and unappetizing, so we ended up throwing everything away. When I tried to call to report this, they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I really hope management addresses these issues and takes steps to improve their staff.

Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, especially after ordering ahead. They not only failed to prepare my order on time, but they didn't prepare it at all. Getting a refund was a hassle, as I had to call the team managing the ordering system, which seemed to be located far away. Even if you do manage to receive your meal, there's a good chance it will be undercooked or completely incorrect.

The music in the dining area is too loud, and it’s October 27th, yet they're already playing Christmas music. I suggest using the drive-thru instead. The chicken and mashed potatoes still taste quite good.

I only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru and they were not edible! They were severely over cooked when I went to eat them at home and had a pound of Mayo on it to cover it up. Long story short I?m pretty mad I?m out 10$ and had to makesomething else. Normally I don?t have a prob but today wasn?t cool.

Just like any other KFC. Overpriced and not very good chicken. There location is very bad as well. The way to get Into the stores drive through and parking lot is inconvenient coming North. There's one way in and out. I mean there food is good if youlike KFC. Service wasn't bad so that's a plus.
