Butter Churn

Great atmosphere, the food wasn't all that great. Had a piece of baked chicken and it was still bleeding inside. Ribs also looked way undercooked. Fried shrimp was the best thing on the buffet. Definitely will not rush back for more. Service was terrible. Had to ask multiple times for more tea.

Great place !! We have often visited the Rockport butterchurn. We never realized there was this one in Sinton. Which is a lot closer to our home area. Our expectations were more than met yet again!! Excellent food. The staff is attentive and friendly. The decor is super cool. It’s like that mom and pops kitchen vibe and food. It’s just hands down a wonderful experience each and everytime. We even joked about eating here everyday of the week and you’d never get tired of it ! We just might do that someday lol. Anyway y’all will love it. If you’re from out of town you have to try it !! Thank you Butterchurn !! You should start a loyalty card. Eat here 6 times get the 7th free or something like that.

The fried chicken is good and the salad bar has something for all.

Some of the best country food I have ever eaten. The service is good and music is pleasant. This is a Texas treasure.

My wife and I were around the Sinton area and were looking for a place for lunch... I saw the number of five stars and we decided to give the Butter Churn a shot. Sorry no photos... we were hungry and didn't think about it till later. The Butter Churn deserves all the five stars it has received! It is a buffet/all you can eat restaurant. We were there on Thursday and the menu was Cowboy Steak, Fried Chicken, Chicken Dumplings, Spaghetti Lasagna, Broiled Chicken and sides. The fried chicken was moist, juicy and the skin was crispy and crunchy! The rolls are fantastic and the sides were all good too. The salad bar has a great selection of items also. Not your typical buffet/all you can eat place. We unfortunately could not sample the deserts because we were so full!!
