Playa Bowls - Toms River

Great and tasty healthy options, unfortunately a few times we didn't get the ingredients that were part of the chosen bowl.Food: 4/5

Kid-friendliness: It’s perfect for families! There’s plenty of space, and they even cater to families with babies, as sitting on the couch allows kids to play nearby. Parking: There are always plenty of available spots, so parking has never been an issue. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is definitely wheelchair accessible. There's ample space inside, and if you choose to sit in the back corner or at the couch table, wheelchairs can easily pull up to the table.

The food was excellent, as always. Placing my order online was quick and hassle-free. I'm excited to try the Poke. I just wish there were a location in Mystic, CT! Food Rating: 5/5.

Danielle, Rachel, and Michael have been working here for years, and they are fantastic! The customer service is excellent—professional, friendly, and they always get my order right. They really deserve a bonus! Even when I ask them to change their gloves or ensure that my food is nut-free due to allergies and customizations, they are incredibly accommodating. I truly enjoy my bowls and drinks, and if it weren't for them, I wouldn't keep coming back. I've visited many different locations, and I often find the service lacking—bowls can be mediocre, and staff seem unwilling to customize bowls or juices. However, I had a great experience at the Toms River location as well. I’ve tried a few places in Virginia, but they have some improvements to make. To keep patrons coming back, they need to be more open to trying new things—it’s all part of running a business.

I always enjoy eating my playa bowl. I have tried other açaí bowls but no others compare. Playa will always be my top choiceFood: 5/5
