Contribuiți la feedbackI just want to say that I was my daily smooth and the order was messed up, but I have to say that Audrey the fantastic cashier looked at me saying I will fix it with zero hesitation, I will continue to come to this disc bread because she has not only helped me repair my order, but her service was great
The waiting time for drive-thru and/or take-out is anxious. 20-25 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous. Your automated system even recognized how long it was and sent a template email apology. After several incidents, no more, I'll eat somewhere else.
We ordered two whole salads and added to everyone. The salads were about $14 each and filled with the whole salad and the toppings only 1/4 of the bowl and forgot the extra toppings on the one salad (avocado at $2 extra). We demanded to fix the situation, but it was said to come (after we paid for delivery because we don't have a car as we visit an office), but they wouldn't have accommodation, but would come for us and get a refund or new salads. Very poor service
?ran from broth bowls? how you get out of the broth bowls and bake the bread. the girl who enters orders or makes drinks couldn't follow a simple ?no ice? on a drink that had to be remade, I give it -2/5 stars if I could. not back to this müllort
Was not even greeted when we entered. Waited for someone to take our order for 10 mins then had to use the kiosk because no one came. The kiosk would not work. Three people walked by behind the counter so we had to shout to them to be acknowledged. A man tried to fix the kiosk because he did not want to take our order but couldn?t so he reluctantly check us out. My salad came out wrong even though I specified no chicken several times. I spoke again to three people and was bluntly ignored. They just stared and said nothing until another man helped me. Food was decent so two stars. But where are the mangers? These workers are lazy. Paid to stand around.
