Dunkin' - Toms River

I can't say too much about this place, as I've had some issues when I've visited. However, I've never bothered to write a review until now. I went there in the morning, which is when they know it's usually busy, but there were hardly any customers. It took five minutes for someone to speak to us over the loudspeaker, and there was only one car in front of us, and all they ordered was a drink. After we placed our order, it took an eternity for the two staff members to prepare our food. When we finally received our order, we found two hairs in one of the sandwiches as soon as we opened it. Our drinks also had hair in them. Overall, I definitely won't be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff at the drive-thru consistently struggles to understand my order, forcing me to repeat it several times. Additionally, one of the older employees was quite rude. The only bright spot was the young girl with glasses, who provided decent service.

The staff on duty this morning, July 2, 2022, were incredibly rude. We ordered two different iced coffees with cream and liquid sugar, but neither drink came with any sugar or flavor, to be honest. We also asked for a Dunkin' Energy Punch, and at first, they told us they didn’t have it. After we explained how to make it, they still managed to mess it up, and we ended up having to make it ourselves. While that's not a huge issue, when we requested a large cup, the workers rolled their eyes at us. To top it off, all the employees were staring at us through the window with judgmental looks on their faces. If I could give them -10 stars, I absolutely would!
