So I used to go here frequently now I remember why I no longer go there. The rice in my vege bowl was undercooked by at-least 1/2, I asked for black beans and they put both, I asked for cooked peppers and onions and the peppers were not cooked at ALL, and the onions were barely warm, the bowl was less then 1/2 full, asked for cheese-there was none at all, asked for lettuce and there was none at all. a total disappointment. this location has gone totally down hill. The bowl went into the trash. They should be ashamed to sell the food like it was prepared. it was also filthy in the eating area.

Usually I never leave poor surveys for food places. So many factors go into a restaurant. The associates can be under paid, there could be food shortages, or even staffing shortages. However, this place has been going down hill for years. If my review can stop just one person from wasting their time/money, then this survey was worth it. If you liked it many years ago, and noticed the food quality and staffing becoming poor then know it has not improved. We stopped eating here because of poor food quality and staffing being poor. Stop leaving food out to dry out. Stop under/over cooking rice. Please use salt on your food. The salsas were off. Hot was overly hot and the medium was sweet? If you don’t like your job, quit it, please. There are plenty of other places to work. As of writing this, nearly every place has a “now hiring” sign. Do everyone a favor and try something else. You’re really bad at this, please stop working in a restaurant.It’s two stars because my guac was good.

I have to wait every time I going to this location at least 30 minutes to finish the chicken or anything has to be short and this restaurant considers as fast food or I don’t have to wait that long for my order but this location the worth every time I have to spend long time to get my orderFinally the garbage is always full

We had a job order of 11 bowls worth $266. maybe 3 bowls came back right. I had to go back to business to fix all the wrong items. also the general manager was the one who made the official dishes. after taking our fixed bowls hair what in the unsour cream. I appreciated the manager who repaired our meals, but having filled it on the first order so, went personally to get the fixed orders to find haare in our eating was ridiculous. we were not refunded (because I went in the repair what the gm did wrong) after we found the hair, it was a complete turn. I had a video, but I post the picture. this or was from the dentistry for children in tr. it will be great to get some form loan back for even to do with this twice
