This was our 2nd time a special evening in aqua blu. I love the restaurant, the atmosphere incredibly friendly staff. our server was mike, obviously enthusiastic his work. I ordered the pappardella bolognese with wagyu beef,parmigiano reggiano, petersilie, ricotta salata. I ordered this at my last visit highly recommend this court. the pasta is homemade, light and delicate, simply delicious! my man was not so happy with his meal. he ordered the chicken scarpariello: sausage, prosciutto, peppadew pepper and yukon gold potatoes. it is in the rule of one of its favourite dishes, a very traditional house style meal. this version, however, lacked appeal that he does not enjoy it. each chef has made his own personal style of presentation, but this did not have the attractive taste of a real scarpariello- the huh lack taste was not the right cut for the dish. we wouldn't recommend that. our friends were satisfied with their meals: orecchiette with Broccoli rave and the salmon with mosquitoes, fennel, white wine saffron broth. we will definitely return - it was a good night overall.

New Years Eve overall it was a great night. The music was awesome very appropriate for the crowd. Service was good too. Food is good not great. It’s a little too salty. It would be awesome if they added some healthier options mostly everything is fried cheesy not complaining about that, but some additional healthier options would be great.

We go here all the time, the food is great and the staff is very friendly.
