Mcdonald's - Tompkinsville

The WORST McDonalds I've ever experienced! I've been to McDonalds all over the world. They deserve 0 stars! Very unprofessional, unfriendly, derelict staff. Stood at the counter waiting while staff (at the counter) joked around and appeared very confused. They tried to give me the wrong order 2 times. WORST service ever , dirty tables, dirty floors, and the workers don't seem to care. Took me a total of 55 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. They WEREN'T busy, just bumbling and confused. Four other customers also having the same problem. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese and still after the ridiculously long wait, they gave it to me with cheese. Apparently the cook isn't paying attention to the order. One of my large fries was half full. Won't be surprised to see this business permanently closed soon. Such a shame! Many customers go to this store. I really wish management would fix this problem. Been coming here for many years.

It was almost surreal walking in there since last time I was there. The drink area is gone and the only thing I could see were tables, chairs, and kiosks. If this is the future of fast food, it's kind of depressing. The only time I was spoken to was number 66? When my order was brought out, couldn't even see into the kitchen. I don't like not being able to see my food being made!

After waiting over 20 minutes for our food and not seeing any one else waiting getting theirs I requested my money back. It took another 10 minutes and a manager with a bad attitude to get it back. Then went to Wendy's and was very pleased.

I visited this location due to it being close to Walmart and I ordered on the kiosk. My total was $35 due to having 3 people. I chose the dine in option and grabbed a table number. My daughter chose a table and we ended up moving to a not as dirty table as the one that she picked. Looking around every table in the place was dirty. When our food was ready instead of bringing it out on a tray to the table they just yelled our order number and we had to go up and grab the to go bags that they put it in. A few mins later they yelled out another order number and when the gentleman got up they brought his out to his table on a tray. Got back to the table and they forgot a large fry. I walked back up and the manager saw me walking up with receipt in hand and proceeded to stand in the back while two other employees up front talked and played ignoring me. I got the feeling that I was bothering the manager when she asked me if she could help. I told her what was wrong and took her time fixing the issue with no apology. Good thing was the fries were hot and fresh.

Waited 10min in the dining area...only to receive lukewarm pancakes. Even though my order was for six people, I would have thought food would be hot. Also the servers did not have hair pulled up while preparing order.
