Pizza Hut - Tomball

This is the place to go. We’d tried a grab-and-go pizza in Tomball and were disappointed. But we knew we could count on Pizza Hut. This is the best Pizza Hut around. First of all, I like lots of pineapple on my pizza. I always ask for, but rarely receive double the pineapple. This Pizza Hut succeeded where lesser pizza places failed. We got loads of pineapple. It was delicious.But that’s not all. The person who rang up our order was the charming and delightful Stephanie. She’s just as sparkly as can be. Forget the other places. You can count on this Pizza Hut to make your pizza just the way you want it, then treat you as a valued customer. You’re worth it.

0 out of 10. Do not recommend I’ve been purchasing at this Pizza Hut for years. Today, the system sent my order to the wrong location and while trying to obtain a refund for an order I didn’t receive I was given the run around. I then went into the store to speak with the manager and I was told by the server he was next door at the convenient store. As I sit and wait to speak to him, I see him come in the store and go to the back. After waiting another 10 minutes I ask the server again for the manager and she states he’s on a call. Wait the same manager I just saw walk back in the restaurant and pass me? Then, the server ask for my number again and tells me the general manager will contact me. He was never going to contact me but he didn’t realize I was in store “ another lie in my face “. She then calls him back, because she realizes I wasn’t going to leave until I spoke to someone.After she hangs up, she proceeds to give me the number to the store that my pizza was sent to (over a hour away) . Next, she tells me they couldn’t help me and questioned why I wanted to speak to a manager, after I’ve set there for 40 minutes. I then let her know I wanted to speak to manager to receive clarity on the previous order and how those situations are handled and also place an order as my family still hasn’t eaten. Not to mention the managers walks to the front where I’m sitting and never addresses me. **** poor customer service.

I ordered online to be delivered. I was emailed that it would be delivered at 6:15pm. At 6:20pm, I received an update that it now wasn't going to be delivered until 7:20pm. We finally did receive it but it was cold and disgusting. When I tried to call to get my money back it just rang and rang. A day later I received an email asking about my experience. I told them what happened. They sent me back an email apologizing and said they forwarded my email to the store and I would hear from them within one to two days. It's been three and I'm still waiting. I won't be ordering or eating at this restaurant in the near future. So disappointed.

Great spot to chill and eat, jf only they had adult

Ordered pizza lastnight .. calling customer service all day no one answers it was completely raw dough.
