Pecos Grilling Company - Tomball

My son and I meet halfway for lunch on some weekends in Tomball (which is an hour drive for me). So, being unfamiliar with the restaurants there, I just randomly select one. And WOW, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed with my selection today!!! By far, THE BEST Chicken Fried Steak that I have EVER had!!! It was so tender and absolutely delicious!!! Even though the menu states it is served with white gravy, they were very accommodating and substituted ours with brown gravy. My sides were the Onion Strings and Steamed Vegetables. The Onion Strings were crispy and light.....not greasy at all! The Steamed Vegetables were exactly on point.....they were firm, not overcooked or mushy. The menu has a variety of nice options, but it is not so overwhelming because of too many options.....it was well-balanced. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and the amount of food that we received on our plates. Honestly, it has been quite a while since I have really enjoyed such a wonderful restaurant experience (the quality of food, the service and the prices all lined up making it well worth the hour drive). Thank you Pecos Grilling Company.....my son and I will definitely be back!!!

Had the Cajun Fettuccine- it was excellent! I am a native New Orleanian and a Food Snob .

We gathered here for a Sunday school class event. A little noisy but the best service by Hannah. I had smothered chicken. Delicious. Husband had chicken fried steak. We will be back!!

Came here with some co workers and the food was delicious. I got the ribeye which was cooked perfectly. The chicken fried steak was awesome and the Cajun pasta was delicious. I tried my co workers dishes. The chicken fried steak was big enough for 3!!! I will definitely go back!!
