I've been ordering from them for years. I always get the same thing until today. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and fried chicken. I got 2 fried chickens. I also paid for fried rice and received white rice. The woman on the phone didn't seem to understand why I was upset for paying almost $30 for the 2 kid meals I received... this one star review will remain here, jade garden, until you make this right.

I placed an online order tonight with them. I called them 30 minutes after my order was promised and the guy who answered did not even check on my order he just said 5 10 minutes. I called back again 20 minutes later knowing I had been given a BS answer. This time I ask them to confirm that my order was ready and I was put on hold and disconnected a few minutes later. My third call I was not put on hold and I could hear them talking and they clearly had know idea where my order was. I was then told that I did not place an order. Needless to say I told them to cancel and cooked a frozen pizza for a 9:00 PM dinner.

Crystal fried shrimp. Shrimp had a very destinct fish taste. Not fresh by any means.Crispy egg rolls had almost nothing in them. The only reason gave two stars was mushu pork was edible. Will not be back.

Best orange chicken in the area. Had a great experience!
