Chick-fil-a - Tomball

Doesn’t even deserve one star! We come back because it’s convenient but every time something goes wrong. From food poisoning, long lines, bad customer service to bad food. After waiting in line for 25 mins, being handed this hot nasty frosted lemonade! McDonald’s is a better option for this location. The man that was handing food out and taking payment made it even worse by not saying “my pleasure”…..

This has to be the slowest snd worst Chick-fil-A in a 30 mile radius. I don't know why they have 40 spots and offer no curbside. It's so slow and I hear the owner is not nice to work for which might have something to do with it.

Haven't had issues until today 9/1 close to 8pm. I hate having to leave bad reviews but I went and got the new pimento sandwich and as you can see in the picture there might as well be nothing on it. From the other reviews I can see this location has an issue with doing this.

Like others have mentioned check your food immediately if you order online app, this is the 3rd time in two months they have missed one or two items on our order.

I usually have no issues with this location; the staff and service are consistently great. However, during my last two visits (within the last two weeks), the vanilla iced coffee has been terrible. I absolutely crave Chick-fil-A's vanilla iced coffees! The last time I ordered one, it tasted strange—almost like there was hardly any vanilla flavor and a weird, slightly fishy taste, reminiscent of matcha. But today? Just an hour ago, it was indescribably bad; it tasted like what I imagine eating a decaying animal would be like. I took a big sip without realizing it and immediately rushed to the bathroom to vomit everything I had for breakfast. I'm not sure if they haven't cleaned the vanilla dispenser, or if something went horribly wrong, but this was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had!
