Buffalo Wild Wings - Tomball

Ordered our food 30 minutes before. When we arrived to get our food, I was told it was an extra 20 min or something. When I tried to see if I could cancel the order, a girl acted as if she were looking for a manager, but when she came back 5 minutes later, she came back without reply and totally ignored me as if I wasn't even there. Then I asked a manager. a manager came and told me what was going on. she said it was just 5 minutes more for my food. we waited 10, not much. I understand I'm busy. when they brought out my food, I checked if it was all there. I assumed it was all right in the taste. young had mistaken me. Fries were cold, I ordered 15 buffalo wings and I didn't get the buffalo sauce. they put dry spices on it. very dissatisfied with the experience and as I said, I understand that I am busy. they should not treat their customers as they are not important. we spent almost $70 on 2 people. I'm not back.

I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. My wife had the all American burger and I had 10x traditional wings. 5x with honey BBQ and 5x with med hot. BBQ was alright but the med hot was just the right hot for me. Dipped in ranch was just the right taste of heat to cool taste. They also had blur cheese dip. Might give that a try next time. My wife's burger was too big. This was a double patty. We were told you could get it with one patty after we told the server about it. This is not listed on the menu. All in all a great place for lunch.

About 5 years ago this place was decent. I give it a try about every 6 months to see if it has changed. After yesterday's visit I believe I'm done. Terrible service, bad food and just got worse the longer we stayed. Worse visit ever.

We went there tonight and watched three tables that sat down after us get helped. One of the tables was right next to us and still no one came over and helped us at our table. Yes, we sat in the bar area which is open seating but it was very clear we had no napkins or drinks, so we hadn’t been helped yet.

First date night since the plandemic started. Had an awesome time, sat at the bar. Bartender was busy, but gave us just the right amount of attention. She was very polite and helpful when deciding mixed drinks for my wife
