Brasa Viva - Tomar

Across the river from the old town, on a quiet corner near the Camping is this charming little restaurant. We ate indoors the first time, and had hors d 'oeuvres and wine outdoors on their umbrelled terrace, surrounded by a grassy lawn, the second time. The food (fish and meat) is well prepared, salads crunchy fresh, and the staff knocks themselves out. Don 't miss this sweet little place.

Eat regular here now the chicken piri piri is authentic and affordable. Choice of pork beef and fresh fish daily. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble which I think many other restaurants in Tomar should take note. They have recently extended the restaurant outside and love this area. Warm welcome and value for money.
