La Torretta - Tollgate

Excellent food, for a few months the service has been faster since they now have enough employees. But it seems that during the week days they save on A/C, it is often we go and they say It 's broken .. It 's so hot we have had to leave, several times. It never breaks on Fridays or Saturdays though...

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation luncheon at La Torretta. We were a party of 24, we were seated in a semi private area. The food was delicious and the service was great! Thank you La Torretta for a beautiful event!

The food was subpar and the ambiance was not good, but the service was the lowlight. The manager in particular spoke to customers in such a way that going back is unequivocally not an option. Kid-friendliness: Even the kids who are not picky eaters thought the food was both cold and tasteless. The staff was not friendly to kids…or adults.

Really not impressed with food, service, or management. I have never been charged a credit card fee when paying a bill and was shocked when I was. When I asked the manager about it he marched me to the front of the place and showed me a small sign, and told me “it’s right there when you walked in”. No further explanation and walked away. Honestly for the price there are way way way better options, won’t be be back. To top it off when taking my kid to the bathroom I heard him let off steam to the staff and used a slur that was beyond rude. Obviously didn’t know I was walking through but what a lack of hospitality.

The food was Excellent but the service was simply spectacular. Our server, Jonathan, was professional, attentive and simply wonderful!…. The rest of the service team was also great. I hadn’t been there since in quite some time but I’m very happy to have gone back. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.
