Kokai Sushi Lounge - Tollgate

I love Japanese food so I don't know how I hadn't visited Kokai before. The food is a bit different and amazing from a regular japanese place, thanks to ita amazing chef, Scarlett, who even took the time to come out and talk to us about the food. You canseat inside (cozy) or outside (in front of the small lake) and the service will be great. Highly recommended!!!

We celebrated my sister-in-law?s birthday, the food was delicious, same as the sangria. And the service was outstanding. When you come, ask for Mariana, she is really nice, provides great suggestions and make your dinner a great experience!

Our first time at Kokai and we loved it! The rolls we ordered were big, sushi very fresh and delicious. The Tempranillo wine is amazing too! Alejandra was our server and made good suggestions to us. Will definitely go back!

Amazing food! today is our 4th time coming and we love it here! service is great, they will go out of their way to give you the best recommendations and provide the best experience. Our favorite rolls are the Alejandro and the Volcano, from the appetizersthe rice cracker is a must!! Lastly, if you are feeling adventurous try one of their plantain options (tropical roll is thestandout, ask for secret menu items). Thanks for always providing us with the best food and service.

Really good sushi at a very reasonable price. Sever very attentive and giving good recommendation. Totally recommend. All we order was good, fish tasted fresh. We ordered what?s in the pics plus dessert and Sake for $135
