Einstein Bros. Bagels - Tollgate

I 'm an officer and have been going there for a couple of years. a new cashier there looked at me in Discussed when I walk in. when I said good morning he said, What do I you want . very rude. and he didn 't even get my order right . I won 't be returning.

Nice place. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors on the plaza sidewalk. Bagel was fresh, veggie spread was good. I had a fountain drink with Free Refills. Little pricey in my opinion $7.50 for bagel with veggie spread and a drink.

My husband I love this place. Everytime we have doctor's appointments @Cleveland Clinic Weston( which is often, this is our place for breakfast. Great service and great bagels. You just can't beat them.

The treatment from a man who serves the public and who knows that I go shopping every day in the morning and why I don't understand why the application doesn't work, he has to scold me in front of all the customers for Every day I ask him for a favor to give me a blessed coffee since the application never works, today he made me remove the application and put it back in, he even did it himself and it didn't help, later he gave me My order was wrong and since I was so long I decided to eat what they gave me, please I beg you for better customer service

So I contacted corporate about the poor service received. I was called once on Monday while I was at work and I have been trying to call back ever since then and no one will answer. Poor service all the way around. I’m definitely disappointed.
