Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tolleson

During my visit, I tried both the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich, and I must say, they were the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had—especially with the black ranch sauce on the spicy one and BBQ sauce on the regular. I also enjoyed a side of mashed potatoes and a biscuit, both of which were delicious. The chicken tenders were fantastic as well! Other customers were friendly and even shared tips about the best sauces to enhance the chicken sandwiches. I highly recommend this place! After your meal, you might want to check out Tres Rio Wetland, which is listed as one of the top 100 things to do in Arizona and is located in Estrella Village.

I placed my order and was informed that the chicken nuggets would take about five minutes. However, after waiting for 17 minutes, someone came out to ask me what I had ordered. Ultimately, it took 25 minutes for my food to be ready. I was told they only had one cook, so I’m not sure why they initially said it would only take five minutes. If you're looking for a quick meal or want your food served hot, I recommend avoiding this place.

Aron provided excellent service during my visit. Although the wait was quite long, it wasn't his fault. He remained patient and positive throughout his work. From what I could observe, he was busy the entire time—taking orders, bagging them, and assisting with prep. He truly seems like a valuable member of the Popeyes team, especially compared to some others who failed to help him during the busy moments. Stay positive, Aron, and keep up the fantastic work!

Just an average fast food place. The chicken was crispy, which is good. My wife's choices of sauces for the nuggets were very limited. The restaurant was clean, but service was blah. I'll go back, but not anytime soon.

Went through the drive through and waited 30 minutes for my food in the parking lot. Did not get my sauces I had asked for. This Popeyes used to be good now it just seems like they are struggling.
