Tim. ho has a rewarding program now! it's my favorite place for ever. I would run late for the work if it meant that I could stop for a mocha ice capp with extra mocha! ? the personal is always beautiful and they love to see my dog in the back window!

This place needs real personal. I had waited for an hour to get the coffee. I ordered a take 12 and a big box of timbits and I was so relieved to wait the coffee after an hour that I went without recognizing that I didn't get the timbits. If they can't really personal, then they pay more. if they can't pay enough to win employees, then they close the doors, they failed.

Bagels are better than Dunkin' for sure. The drive thru experience was a bit weird to say the least (you have to wait outside) but the food made it worth it!

I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful GM Ashley. Door dash messed up my order after having me wait for over 2 hours and then cancelling my delivery so she took it upon herself to bring it to me with no hesitation. Truly the best example of customer service I've ever experienced in my life
