They’re frequently out of items. The fryer is often broken, and there was a time when they ran out of lids for the cups. Sometimes there’s no ice available, leaving you with a warm soda—or no soda at all. I was recently asked to wait 10 minutes for something, but I ended up waiting 20, only to return to the line and be told to wait another 10 minutes. They claim they’re understaffed, but it seems more like they’re just not putting in the effort.

I wanted to order six breakfast burritos, but the woman at the intercom said she could only make three because they were short-staffed, and we were the only ones in line at 10 in the morning. It's disappointing, as they have jobs to do.

On a positive note, they do offer vegetarian options, including a vegetarian Mexican pizza. Additionally, there are plenty of child-friendly items on the menu. As for parking, there were ample spaces available around the building.

We waited over 20 minutes, and when we moved around, the people laughed in the through window! I never had so much incompetence as I went through, and I won't be back. Here's a sweat!

Worst service ever in a restaurant in my 51 yrs. Felt sorry 4 elder I held door for as he waz totally ignored telling employees he had phoned or ordered online n was told order waz ready. As I left he told them a 4th time finally employee asked HS name. Others walkd in waited after being ignored turned walkd out. Unbelievable. Worst ever. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO 2 FRONT ST LOCATION!
