Taco Bell - Toledo

Super excited that the Mexican pizza is good again! The service is very good on the east side. Drive-Thru went smoothly and the women who worked the window were nice.

You're so short. We had to order our 5ake personally and come back 30 minutes later, just because they only worked like 3 people in the entire restaurant. They did the best, and I appreciate the workers who were there patiently and calmly, while the chances were stacked against them. I hope you get the help you need soon. Kudos to keep it together

We ordered a Mexican pizza and she was uncooked or undercut. It didn't taste like cheese and vegetables were still good. The food could be spoiled. This has greatly stained our experience and I would not recommend this restaurant for this reason.

No attention to detail. Well, I said I left. Only half of my order, went into value bag and reception, they were very friendly to find out the problem, but then did not finish my order until they waited for 5 other cars and 3 people inside. I had to remind her that I was there waiting and half the food was cold when I came home.

They are always out of something.... The fryer is never working. They ran out of tops for the cups at one point. Sometimes no ice at all so just warm pop, or no pop. Now they are doing a shift change so I was asked to wait 10 minutes. I waited 20 then got back in line and was told 10 minutes. Again! They always say they are understaffed but they aren't..... They are just lazy.
