Rice King - Toledo

This restaurant is definitely geared towards tourists and could use a refresh in terms of its decor, as it seems a bit outdated. Despite this, the staff was friendly and the food was decent, though nothing extraordinary. The hotdog was a good size for the price. Overall, it was a fun experience that will provide entertaining stories, especially with the videos of us getting "spanked" for not finishing our meals. While we're glad we tried it, it's not a place we would likely visit again.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant was closed and Rice King was recommended as an alternative. I tried them and was thoroughly satisfied with my choice. I ordered online and paid at the restaurant. They do not allow people inside the restaurant at this time and have a makeshift wooden box that is very safe and efficient for paying and serving through. It did take a while to get my food but I am used to that. When I want my food hot and fresh I am willing to wait. When tou spend over a certain amount on Chinese take out, in my case $55, you are supposed to get a free 2 liter. You do have to ask because they usually will not offer it .. BUT, all in all I am happy with Rice King and will go back soon. It is worth a shot if you are in the area.

The food was prepared in a timely manner, hot and fresh, reasonably priced with generous portions. However, the chicken skewers were a bit dry compared to what I am used to at other places. We enjoy supporting local businesses.

I really enjoy this restaurant, the prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. I always order the General Tso's chicken and the egg rolls are great too.

Great food! Love getting takeout from this place on holidays special occasions and when I plain just don't feel like cooking. Very quick accurate with the orders. Haven't tried the delivery from this location in quite a while but I know they offer it. I love the option being able to customize certain menu items when you order them. Every now and then they'll send out mailers with coupons on them which is great.
