This restaurant is truly a winner. The consistent high-quality food at affordable prices always brings me back. I have never been disappointed.

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. I would rate the food and service both as a 5 out of 5.

I give this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10! I highly recommend trying the Spicy Baked Crab Roll. The customer service is outstanding. The overall dining experience for lunch was excellent with prices ranging from $10–20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks. I especially recommend trying the Roll dish.

Rice Blvd offers some of the best ramen at a great price. I am never disappointed by the fresh food. They also package it neatly for takeout, keeping the noodles separate from the broth for easy reheating.
