Mcdonald's - Toledo

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. On my way to the Detroit airport, I stopped here for a quick meal before my flight. I ordered two large Big Mac meals, but instead was given a bag with double cheese fries. I calmly went back to the counter to inform them of the mistake and asked for my correct order. After waiting 20 minutes at the counter, the manager told me they had mixed up my order with someone else's and there were 3 different pick-up windows for orders. I had to wait an additional 14 minutes to finally receive my food. It was a frustrating experience and I was left wondering if the McDonald's crew was having a difficult day.

The woman at the drive-thru gave us incorrect change because she was distracted by her phone. When we informed the manager, they assumed we were lying. We waited for 30 minutes for our food, only to find out that the condiments were missing. We were highly disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this poorly managed restaurant with unprofessional staff.

I waited a long time at the counter before someone took my order. My lunch and breakfast sandwich were not made correctly, but everything else was good. My son really enjoyed his pancakes. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I'm not one for critique, but tonight I was so angry that I actually did the time one. I visited these mcdonalds on alexis road from toledo meijer after work. I left at 11:30 am and arrived at 11:43 am at the mcdonalds. I even looked at how the drive-thru closed to make sure they were open. I sat there behind three other vehicles 7 minutes before someone came across the intercom for the car in front of me to take one. 7 minutes before someone comes across the loudspeaker and takes the order of two more cars. I am now the next person in the line, and after 14 minutes sitting there, it is now 11:57. a minute goes by, and the man rushes me over the intercom to inform me that they no longer command, as they just closed. I sat there in full amazement. I waited in this line after 17 minutes before closing time for 15 minutes, while they only 3 car deals, just to say they would not take my order if there were 2 minutes to their announced closing time. my car said 11:58, my phone said 11:58, I even google, how late it was, and google said it was 11:58, so I know my time wasn't wrong, and now I am without eating, hangry and angry beyind believe with mcdonalds.

There is always some rude lady in the window who NEVER talks. Gives off the I don't want to be here attitude and then your money and food are always just pushed on you like you're the inconvenience. Oh did I mention the food is always wrong somehow! Urg
