Home Slice Pizza - Toledo

The half-off pizza special on Tuesdays at this restaurant is hands down the best deal in town. I have never been let down by the quality of the food or the service. Just be aware that if there is a baseball or hockey game on, there might be a crowd before the game starts. The New York style pizza is top-notch.

This restaurant serves delicious thin crust pizza with excellent customer service. The pizzeria is located downstairs with booth seating, while the bar and additional table seating are upstairs. You can order your pizza at the counter, take a seat, and they will bring it to you on the floor of your choice. If you fancy a cocktail, head upstairs and bring it back down. If you prefer a soda, you can find it downstairs from the fountain machine. The bar has a cozy atmosphere upstairs, while the pizzeria downstairs is family-friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant experience during our visit.

We really enjoy this restaurant! The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. However, we are curious about what part of New York this restaurant is trying to replicate. Having grown up in New Jersey, just 20 minutes from NYC, and with my father having lived in Manhattan for most of his life, we were both surprised by the claim of serving "authentic New York pizza." In our experience, the pizza here is not quite like what we consider authentic NYC pizza. But, despite this discrepancy, we still really love the pizza here. It's delicious no matter where it's from!

I will rave about home slice until the cows come home. Best pizza in Toledo. Always kind staff, always good pizza, always a good choice. Only thing I wish I could change is their boxes. Home slice, you need your own good looking pizza box. Trust me. There?ssomething about a good pizza box that connects with people over the long run. But regardless, this place is the bomb.

This is one of the best pizza place in Toledo downtown. Pizza taste so good! Not only pizzas are thin crust and it perfect amount of cheese, other ingredients and thinly chopped vegetables. I am from north east and NY/NJ has one of the best pizza butI think Home Slice pizzas are better than lot of those places. If you ever in downtown Toledo, do not miss this place. They haveseating upstairs and outside and can accommodate large parties. Staff is excellent and very courteous. Keep the good work guys!
