Dave Buster's - Toledo

The food at this restaurant was tasty and all of the games were in working order. However, there is a need to adjust the pricing for playing games. It is not ideal for a single game to cost 11.8 credits when you can only purchase whole credits. This means that you can never use up all of the credits on your power card.

We had a great time, we got the 4 pack deal it was $60 a game card but they got 515 credits. We had nachos drinks kids meals. It was a fun birthday for our 3 boys!

It had been a few years since our last visit to Dave and Buster's, but it was a pleasant experience! This review focuses on the food and restaurant only, although the rest of the establishment appeared nice. They provided menus, but we opted to scan the QR code on the table instead. This brought up a menu for us to order from, and our server promptly delivered our meals to us. Originally planning on going to a Mongolian BBQ restaurant, we changed our minds due to the long 45-minute wait and decided to try Dave and Buster's instead. We were not disappointed. The fried pickles appetizer was delicious, and the steak and shrimp dinners we ordered were perfectly cooked. Though the menu did not specify, I believe the steak was a ribeye. The meals came with asparagus and mashed potatoes, which were equally as tasty. Our server was friendly, although we did not see her much after she delivered our food, aside from refilling our drinks. The churros for dessert took a bit longer to arrive, but they were worth the wait and I would definitely order them again. Overall, it was a great alternative to the Mongolian BBQ restaurant. By the time our food arrived, we may have still been waiting for a table there! We spent around $100 for the two of us (excluding alcohol or games), with the dessert and appetizer adding an extra $20 or so. With the addition of the tip, it will definitely become a staple in our date night rotation.

This is a fantastic spot for a birthday celebration or a romantic night out. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. There are also entertaining games available.
