Chick-fil-a - Toledo

Good food and customer service, I was blessed from a manager last time I came in and it was unexpected. My fries were thoroughly cooked and my market salad fresh with fresh fruits and the staff is friendly. Update 12/2020 I looked in my bag to find 2 breakfast sandwiches. At first I wondered if this was my order, but everything was there, then I realized they just switched to Lunch. I never had a place give out free food before and I appreciated it. The lady at the window was sincere and we had a good conversation. I asked for a water at the window because I ordered a frosted lemonade and I really wanted to had water to take down with my food, without hesitation she gave me water and remembered to give an extra straw. I loooove Chick Fil A, they do such a great job at this location, they are not too worried about times and numbers, they are more worried about accuracy.

This restaurant is awesome. The food is excellent the lines go really fast and the employees are so polite and helpful. I will be back really soon great job Chick-fil-A

My family ordered chick fil a, and there was no food missing and they added utensils! The food is filling and the sauce is very good. The line is long but you never have to wait more than 10-20 minutes, the people are very nice and they treat customers with respect.

By far best option for fast-food. My go-to meal is the spicy chick-fila deluxe sandwhich or spicy southwest salad. Both are delicious and great options for on the go meals! Never disappoints with service or food quality!

We make sure to stop at this Chick-Fil-A whenever we are down near the Michigan/Ohio border or heading south out of Michigan. This is, in my opinion, the best Chick-Fil-A we have ever been to, and we’ve been to many in Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, and California. I would prefer to drive the longer distance to this one rather than to the closer ones in my own state. Thank you for your great customer service!
