Tierra World Food - Toledo

Anuncian varias opciones veganas en la calle pero en la carta de dentro ni las mencionan. Tras pedir una hamburguesa vegana encuentro algo como bacon, por lo que pregunto a los camareros qué que es y tras responderme que ternera y ver mi cara de sorpresa, se lleva el trozo con la mano a preguntar y me dice que era 'bacon vegano '. No hace intención ni de traerlo y no da mucha confianza su respuesta. El trato recibido es como atendiendonos sin ganas, si que es cierto que era un poco tarde pero no se han molestado en disimularlo. Por último y dado que íbamos con un bebé no nos han dado opción de cambiarle el pañal en ningún sitio, habríamos agradecido un poco de empatía.

The restaurant itself is off the beaten track. The food was mediocre. Fried dishes and the wine was satisfactory. Ambience satisfactory. We ended up eating takeaway Empanadas from another store around the corner.

Amazing service! Amazing food! We are in Toledo for 3 days. Day 1 we had the best drinks and the friendliest service plus the best drink of my husband life! Day 2 we are back and the food is just as good as the drinks! Be sure that we will be here tomorrow on our 3rd and last day in Toledo. Everyone is awesome but wow, Alex goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about him! We may come back to Toledo from Puerto Rico just to come here!

Carcamuacas was good but everything else was bad. Our waitress was cranky, the chips were stale and their credit card machine broke but they didn 't bother to tell us beforehand.

They announce several vegan options on the street but in the letter from the inside they do not mention them. After asking for a vegan burger I find something like bacon, so I ask the waiters what it is and after answering to me to heal and see my face of surprise, he takes the piece with his hand to ask and tells me it was vegan bacon. He does not intend to bring him and does not give much confidence in his answer. the treatment received is like attending us without desire, if it was true that it was a little late but they have not bothered to disguise it. Finally, since we were with a baby, we had no choice to change the diaper anywhere, we would have been grateful for some empathy.
