La Vigne Akiko X Vegetarian Beast

The burgers and vegan nuggets at this restaurant are fantastic. The quality of the vegan meat rivals some of the best I have tried in Japan. The owner is friendly as well. Definitely recommended for a visit.

Expensive and average $1,800 for burger, no fries, burger was ok. Menu stated All items with beer! and then I was charged for a drink, menu lost in translation? Not sure.

We had dumplings, brocolli in garlic sauce burger and apple pie. Everything was super delicious. Friendly staff

I was not impressed by the reviews here, but a vegan friend recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try. the little food that was left on a Friday night was a bit overwhelming on the display, but after waiting for it to be heated, prepared and arranged nicely, I must say that I was impressed. I did not try the full burgers, but the hamburger steak with tomatensauce and the Kabocha salad were amazing. the curry was super spicy (loved it and the reisnudel seemed like the real thing. I love brown rice, so I am also biased there. my friend and I were also kind of zigzag between us, because we were super tired and hungry and eating lasted one, but I must say the two were the sweetest, and they left us with a better taste than eating! I also wanted to try their vegan brote to go, but a take-out type snapped the last reduced melon bowl in front of my eyes, so I thought it shouldn't be that day. I hope I'll come back.

As others have said, the prices seemed a bit high. I did not order from the deli, but before the business they had melon pan, cinnamon baking and curry pan, all vegan, all delicious!
