If you are looking for Tokushima rays, don't go any further! We live in fukuoka home of tonkatsu ramen, but this raven place has really set another high standard. Enjoy the rich taste. We had lunch and had dinner plans, but didn't want to miss, so we ordered a small rug with a raw egg for 50 yen and bamboo shoot for another 100yen extra. The little one you can see is not really small. My husband and I shared this and it makes a great snack. It is all self-service and there is enough English to make it intuitive when ordering.

A bit on the salty side, but very delicious! Would definitely return if I was in the area. I got the extra meat egg
