Bluefin Grille - Tofte

My fish tasted very fishy and I wasn't happy with it

We had a great meal in our first night at Bluefin Grille, but in the second night it wasn't almost as delicious, although it was there at a less busy time. I ordered the beef and brie sandwich, which sounds like a hot sandwich, but both beef and cheese were best lukewarm. The taste was just good, but it was certainly not worth the $21, that the restaurant charged for the sandwich. The frits are always great and the drinks are strong, so this is always worth it.

My wife's birthday. Your salmon was good and warm. I had the rib. For $55 it was cold and disappointed by the quality. I didn't want to say anything because my wife enjoys her meal. The service was slow and the noise from the tables around us made it hard to have a nice conversation and dinner. They were also from two main courts. Friday night at 6:45. Very disappointed. No good start on a weekend.

I had read other reviews that the food was cold. We thought we would give it a try anyway thinking it was possibly just due to short staff or an overly busy night. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience. We were there on a Thursday evening and it didn’t seem understaffed or busy. I gave it a four star because the place was super cute, the staff was pleasant and they accommodated us well with great flavorful food. It just was cold. We ate it and didn’t complain just because it doesn’t totally bother me to not to have blazing hot food but I think I am an exception to many. When your a mom it just comes with the territory eating that way but not at a restaurant. I hope they take the time to up their game in this department because I think they could have a top notch place here.
