Mcdonald's - Toecksfors

Mycket långsam service på McDrive. Vi har stått här i 20 minuter.

Slow service and one portion of french fries was missing from our order. Staff was strugling with other customers orders also. The salad in our burgers was quite brownish. Can't recommend.

Double cheeseburger had no pickle and no onion, and nobody informed us before ordering that they run out of ingredients. The burgers were suspiciously flat, wet (including its paper wrap) and looked like they have been chewed up already. When I explained that there are missing the crispy ingredients the staff were like “So what? We don’t have pickles and onion! We can’t make it different.” Well, I am stopping at McDonald’s to get particular item with known ingredients, so had to return it back and get refund.

Been there now about 4 times and had hopes this MacDonalds would become better. But not! nobody helped me in drive through and had to go inside. inside a “manager” just stood there and was buzy on his phone. So also had to wait there! the ice coffee machine is almost always (so called) broken. its dirty no screens to order from.

Stopped here for a quick meal and the place was filthy with rubbish over tables and floor. Menu was poor with very limited choices. No healthy options available for kids' menu. We left and went to Burger King up the road, much better.
