I visited this cafe on Saturday last week and the food was excellent. The only gripe I have was that the coffee tasted horrible. I asked one of the staff for a replacement cup of coffee and I was told that just because I didn't like the coffee she wouldn't replace it. I had to buy another cup of coffee . In my experience most cafes offer to replace a drink if it is to strong or you don't like the flavor. I was told by the manageress that this was the finest Italian coffee. Well I disagree it was from a machine. The coffee I bought to replace it was a cappuccino and this was very good. I however do not think you should have to buy another drink if you don't like the flavor of the drink you bought. I have been to cafes before and have had a drink replaced if I didn't like it. Also I had to wait for the manageress to undertake my request as the young lad I approached couldn't accommodate my request as he had to ask his boss. The food was very good and served quickly. But please rethink your attitude when it comes to replacing drinks. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
