Mcdonald's - Toccoa

This location has a double drive-thru, and they usually alternate between the two lanes to take orders. However, while I was waiting, they took four orders from the other drive-thru lane. They kept telling me it would only be a minute, but then continued to take orders from the other lane. The service was awful, and the person at the payment window was rude. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This McDonald's has really gone downhill. I waited with other customers for service while employees stood around on their phones. The restaurant was a mess, with trash not being taken out and food scattered on the floors. The tables weren't cleaned either. It was sticky around the registers, which is unpleasant. The drinks weren't available, and the coffee tasted like it had been made the day before. There were no napkins, as they were crammed into the dispenser so tightly that they fell apart when I tried to get one. I had to go to the counter twice just to get my entire order and the condiments. Management really needs to improve things—customers should come first. It's time for a serious cleanup at this McDonald's in Tocoa. There are plenty of people out there looking for jobs who would be willing to work.

We went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting an excessive amount of time. When we reached the final window, we were told that we had paid for the wrong order! They gave us a tiny amount of change back, but the main issue was the long wait. If having two lanes is causing delays, please consider using only one lane.

I ordered two cheeseburgers. I got two hamburgers that were basically crouton buns. They actually crunched when I tried to eat them. Out the window they went. I won't be returning to a McDonald's again. Sick of blatantly giving them my money fornothing.

Had my heart set on getting a adult happy meal. Went and got one and of course didn't come with the toy. So if yall go get one. Don't get your hopes on the toy.
