Amazing traditional food, with many local specialities. The chef Doña Lulú came to our table to say hi. Big Mole, Mixiote, Birrie, Antojitos, fantastic salsas and fresh tortillas. Jasi was our server and she was so nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be... back.

This is a typical Mexican restaurant, specialising in pulque. Reasonable portions, good variety, very unusual dishes, excellent value and setting on a square.

Excellent food with local ingredients I had the huauzontle cakes (local vegetables) with amazing cheese that they make themselves, with Mol de huitlacoche (ice mushroom) and rice beans. Also a great place to try pulque (fermented agave drink, comes simply or with fruit... flavors). Carmen gave us an excellent service. I look forward to coming back next time I am in Tlaxcala!

We ate here at 1 o'clock and tasted pulque. The place is a block from the portals with an outdoor terrace with a beautiful Wiev over a park. A little more than right at the portals, but still much to see. The food was delicious. The lemonade fresh and juicy. They serve a set of 5 small glasses with different types of pulque very well to see the differences.
