La Luna Sul Mare - Tlaxcala City

Located inside Val'Quirico, this is one of about 20 restaurants, but oddly, the only Italian restaurant inside this Italian village (Val'Quirico is a Tuscan village). The food here is outstanding. I'm fairly certain the pizza is wood-fired. It's certainly not conventional pizza belt-oven pizza. The pasta is also excellent, possibly homemade. Go with the linguine bolognese or the lasagna. I fully endorse both. If you can sit in the outdoor area, do it. The courtyard has live music, which makes for a great dining experience. Indoors is a bit tight and not all that impressive. If available, try the house wine (same name as the restaurant). I bought all of it the last time I was there, so I apologize if they're out by the time you arrive. If you really like it, they may sell you a case.

¡El verdadero sabor italiano! Pizzas, pastas y ensaladas con el inconfundible sabor de Italia en un ambiente hermoso, ya que se encuentra en la zona de restaurantes de Val'quirico y se siente como si estuvieras en la campiña europea (que no conozco jajajajaja, pero he visto en pelis, más jajajajaja). El servicio es eficiente y cortés, la lasagna es DELICIOSA! Es un bellísimo lugar para comer o cenar con una atmósfera súper romántica.
