The wine was expensive, but the food for EVERYTHING! We had a fantastic homemade ice cream and we can't even describe it, except to say if it was DECADENT! Please note: you just have to listen and if you want to tell them what you want to eat. Type of fish (if you want), favorite flavor, etc? You want to please your palate
We visited Asiazul with friends who have come for some time who have a large garden. They drove ahead to use fresh vegetables, ginger and Tumeric for Chef Loi in our lunch. From the first swallow ginger tea we knew... that would be an unforgettable meal. Our main plates contain curries of chicken and shrimp, a sweet and acidic, and a lemongrass dorado (mahi-mahi). All were delicious. We shared bowls of agitated vegetables and a beautiful creamy sweet potato cure. I and a friend still had room for the delicious homemade chocolates. The food is prepared with skill and care. The boss accompanies the denizs of the wealthy enclave of Carayes, about 1/2 hr drive up the coast. The restaurant is located on a rather steep gravel road, but we managed it in our Honda 2003! The sign for the restaurant is small and faded. You should reserve phone to make sure that the boss is not out of creating for the rich and famous. Very cheap prices for such fine kitchen.
Just amazing. What a jewel for the city. Some of the best food you can find in the city and for every big city you would visit. The cook is incredible and very personal.
At the end of a dirty road lost in a small Pueblo I had not much expectations and came mainly because I wanted a change from Mexican cuisine. The plase is a large Mexican mansion with beautiful tables in the entrance. What... find! The cook is really friendly, Vietnamese, speaks impeccable French and we decided to surprise him with his tasting menu We were not disappointed. Nems were made clear to order and still hot from the kitchen, but suprizingly soft. Every dish was amazing and on par with the best Vietnamese restaurants I tried everything in all I highly recommend: nem and beef and fish
