We were very excited to eat something more experimental in a cozy environment and were glad we got a table. Ordered the menu 'Area creativa ' in vegetarian for the three of us. The cream brulee starter was absolutely incredible, the prosecco and wine were also great, and so was the starter and primi piatti. All wonderful and beautifully made plates also. However, the main course was very bland and consisted of only one plate of steamed vegetables with some (good! olive oil. No other supplement or taste. I think that could have had only bad luck for us, because the rest of the dishes were great and the other available veggie dishes on the menu also looked very promising. The desert was also great. We would come back next time, but would choose the specific dishes. Service was great!

Excellent food. We had a five course cook designed menu with matching wines. It was excellent, from the rather clever tomato “crème brûlée” with Pecorino cream, up to the six desert tasting star with matching desert wine. Great! The homemade Limoncello was great, but they also made a fleeting version that I had to buy, it was amazing. The whole experience was stunning and fantastic value for money.

We learned about this unique dinning facility before we come to Italy. Four of us enjoyed a cozy meal after Raoul gave us a detailed explanation of his menu. He also helped us choose an excellent Lazio wine. This was one of the best dinning experiences I had in my seventy plus years everywhere.
