Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes - Tiverton

I paid more than 8 dollars for a small milkshake, which was ridiculous. I should have left with my boyfriend. I don't suggest dining here unless you're prepared to spend a lot of money. If you're considering eating here, bring a cooler in your car. I don't understand where the 4.2 star rating came from, maybe someone paid too much for drinks without realizing it. For a restaurant in a casino with high prices, I expected more than a small shake in a cup the size of a McDonald's kids meal drink.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. We ordered two burgers, one with onion rings and one with potato chips. However, when our order came, both burgers had onion rings. When I brought this up to the cashier, she apologized but said we would have to pay extra for the chips. It was disappointing that we would be charged for their mistake, especially after we had already paid. This experience has left us feeling reluctant to return to this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant on 08/01/22 to pick up a DoorDash order. While I cannot comment on the quality of the food, I want to praise the exceptional service I witnessed from the man working behind the counter. Despite being busy with both pickup and in-store orders and working alone, he remained calm and handled a difficult customer with grace and respect. I later learned his name was Jose. Thank you, Jose, for your professionalism and class act service.

I really like Mooyah at the Tiverton Casino. I like the burgers and the staff are very friendly people. I frequently get take out for my family while at the casino. I appreciate the gluten-free option and the burgers and fries are awesome. Since I've been going, I've gotten to know some of the staff and they are great people. Also, through them I've heard the owners are kind and take care of their employees. I've never had a problem or an issue there except for a credit card machine being down. The latest thing I enjoy there is the Double Diablo burger, Great stuff and I'll be back again.
