Dirty and wrong. holes in the chair, cheetos under kissen etc. went to nasa, which was brilliant, but will stay in one of the other many hotels in the opposite next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel really needs a deep cleaning and updating. We got into our first room only to find out the tv didn’t work. We were promptly moved to another room where we had a functioning tv. Both rooms had a strong musty smell. The large chair in the room had stains on the arms and back. There was rust on the towel rack in the shower. The bed appeared clean but the mattress was too hard.

I 've been meaning to do this for a while, but I think Vie Via (can 't remember her name) but lovely customer service rep running the front desk made the stay great. Didn 't run into any issues staying here, but she made it comfortable by helping with reservations, supplying the room with towels and pillows, helping out with in-hotel transactions and always had a smile on her face. I really appreciate her customer service and attitude on the job, thanks!As for the room, I had a very comfortable week long stay. the beds are nice, and the bathrooms have a large shower which is a plus. Kind of wish the TV 's allowed the user to hookup a secondary streaming device and change inputs (they disable the input selection on the TV) but other than that no issues. no bugs, no smells, no bad neighbors. oh one thing, the ice machine on the second floor was out of service for the entire stay... which was annoying but not a deal breaker.The restaurant downstairs isn 't worth the price point. lol my girlfriend and I laughed pretty hard when we ordered the coconut shrimp with a remoulade and what came was clearly deep fried pre-frozen shrimp and a dipping sauce of Dijon mustard. It was good but not worth 12$ or whatever it was.If you need a meal in this town, go to Café Paradiso in downtown Titusville (10 minutes from the restaurant). The food is 5 stars, arguably a hidden Michelin star quality food with a hole in the wall feel. Live piano music every Friday and Saturday.

We stay here when we are traveling through Florida. It has been 5 years since we last stayed here. While still nice, the room we had is beginning to show its age. The towel rack in the shower is rusty and towels did not smell very fresh. I’m not sure if the smell was coming from the rack or not. The ice machines on most of the floors were not working. We finally found ice on the fifth floor, very inconvenient. Otherwise, the room and common areas are clean. I would definitely stay again.
