Customer service is very good. Immediate reply and responsible person in telecommunication. I ordered for a themed Cupcake and a Truffle cake. Truffle earns a decent score for its taste. But the cupcakes were terrible. It was very hard and tasted worse. None of my guests liked it (though it looked amazing.Great job done on the design!! . Highly Disappointed.

I ordered a cake on baby shower theme. They did it as perfectly as I expected. Taste was good. But it melted soon. So make sure to buy and cut it immediately or else put it at fridge at lower temperatures. A must try place for themed cakes. Also their place was designed very creatively.

I have ordered cakes more than 6 to 7 times from Vani’s creative bakers for the past 2 years! Each time their cakes taste more and more delicious and all the people who comes for the Party feels the taste of the cakes very unique ! They replicate the exact model what I ask for even much better than what I expect! All the cakes are worthy for the price! I almost stay 55 kms away from their outlet, but I prefer cakes from them only for all the important occasions in my home! Great keep it up!

I had ordered tender coconut cake for my parents' wedding anniversary and I must admit the cake's taste and quality was top notch. The toppings, design and icing was done perfectly. The best part is that my parents and everyone were actually happy with the cake. Thank you for the special cake ! And the service was very decent and friendly!
