Archana Restaurant - Tirunelveli

Excellent service in front of the office, room service, in a very quiet location, very close to the market and railway station tirunelveli jn. the rooms are very clean through the first view, but dust remained under the table and chairs. only one eimer is available in the bathroom. the daily cleaning of the room is not made. the cost of the rooms are high. morning breakfast is free. credit card and debit card are acceptable. parking and 24 hours of security are available. can arrange vehicles for tourist if desired.

Room service poor. room floors need better dusting. room floors are to be cleaned and mop properly. room booking by only telephone possible and we need to call several times to receive confirmation message. requires a proactive booking. they don't arrange auto-booking. we have to go to trinelveli and try out ourselves. overall very average hotel. OK for a short stay. restaurant eat ok.

Very clean and clean rooms. the personal is very warm. promoted in the arrangement of taxis and above all had dinners on request also at late arrival in the rooms. the dinner was held on request for us. such a kind of hotel staff and management. wish you the aryaas hotel, tirunelveli growth and many more services.

My first visit to tirunelveli and we have booked a suite for 4 here. it was spacious with all facilities (2 tw/ 2 ac, wifi was ok, heating, welcome hall, large bathroom too). the staff were kind to support all the requirements. the base reception is simply great and refreshing. the suite has a direct access to the terrace opening to spend some time under sun and look around. the food was moderate as we had only buffet breakfast. tee served in the room was great. it was a pleasant stay far away from home. hotel is located near the railway station and this road has many food shops to explore

Entry and exit is hassle-free as the parking arena has ample space. Staff are courteous but lack professionalism. Rooms are below the standards of a 3 star catagory hotel. May be the hotel is a bit old in construction. Lobby is a bit hot and hunid. The celing fan there doesn't have a speed regulator and runs in full speed. No welcome drink. Check-in was quick. Bar attached. Very noisy. The snacks provided were of poor quality and no variety. Room sevice and house-keeping are pathetic. Drinking water arrived after 20 minutes of ordering. Complimentary breakfast lacks variety and quality also not good. The allotted room was very noisy as some generator running in behind. It was disturbing the sleep. Water running in the bath is slightly brownish. Over all a not so pleasant stay. Bedding was comfortable. Flooring was clean. Room ambience is good. The hotel is neat and clean comprehensively. Lift looks nice and works fast. The only person smiling among all the staff members of the hotel that I have come across in my entire stay was the security guy.
