Very good place to stay with the family, especially the corridors are wide, spacious and well ventilated with light and air. two functional lifts and beautiful restaurants in the ground floor. good parking, but a little far from the tempel ca. 15 minutes to foot. many locals. jeeps can be set from the tempel for 100 rupie. the rooms had 25 liters of geysir, which was one of the greatest. especially if they have older people and children during their stay. overall recommended.

The food at this restaurant is good and very affordable. The preparation is hygienic and they offer parking as well. The lunch options are tasty and the food is delicious. However, the service could be improved.

We were group of 18 pax and nothing in bellies, dying of hunger, before we could start to test out patience to wait for Darshan queues. On checking with people around for typical south indian meals (sapad), this was the suggestion and it was worth...trying. Quick service and tasteful.

I visited the restaurant on the 21st with my family and our bill came to 2461. I paid using my B.O.B credit card through Mobikwik twice, with a total amount of 2558 after fees. I did not receive a confirmation message for the payment. I then transferred the money via Axis Bank's G...Pay to cover the bill of 2461. It was only after we had left Thirumala that I received a message confirming the payment. It seems that the amount was deducted twice, so I kindly request that the extra money be refunded to my account. We had a disappointing experience at Kousthubham on the 4th floor of the building. The food and service were both subpar during our two-day stay. We tried dishes like thali, gobi fried rice, curd rice, and idly, but none of them were satisfactory. The staff seemed to brush off our complaints and were not receptive to feedback. We suggest visiting Saarangi for lunch and dinner instead, or trying the local food options at Balaji Colony across from Kousthubham. The local cuisine is sure to be more enjoyable and affordable.
