Vasantha Bhavan Restaurant

For many years, my groups to India had their first thali at Vasant Bhavan. Because the thali was so delicious (we always got the special thali), my travelers loved South Indian food. Vasant Bhavan has one of the best thalis in Tamil Nadu. And the...service is exceptional. My travelers always commented on the friendly and efficient service at Vasant Bhavan. If you are in Tiruchirappali anywhere near the Rock Fort, you must stop in for the thali at Vasant Bhavan (a bonus is that it is one of the only AC restaurants in the area). You will be happy!!

We stopped here for lunch. Vegetarian lunch. The spread was awesome. We also tried the sweet lime juice. And the Chinese noodles. But u should not miss out on the traditional sweet's. So far I could say it's the best.

The place is clean without appearing to be luxurious. The staff are very courteous and are always hovering around you. The food is really good and more important is the price that suits budget travellers. By being opposite Trichy bus stand and a walking distance from Trichy Junction, the travelling public appreciate good homely food at budget prices. The food is tasty and the overall experience is good
