Excellent place for yoga , mediation and peace when temple is not crowded as it is near sea shore and noise of sea which manipulate our mind and keep negative thoughts destroy and make a refreshing peaceful mind throughout the place until we exit or leave...best place for Lord Murugan devotees.. Visiting timing various in festival time but other days early morning 5:30am to night 8pm it is opened... Be careful of your belongings and safe dharshan

Divine temple and it's really auspicious to visit this temple. I went on thaipoosam so there was huge rush. But in other days or weekdays crowd might be less. Prepare for 3 hours wait time to visit god. Proper arrangements can be made to manage the crowd. Only free dharshan and 100 rupees dharshan are available. Subramania swamy is main sanidhi here. Shanmuga Nadar is also special which is next to main sanidhi. Paneer elai prasadam is famous here.

A divine place to get dharshan from Lord Murugan, beautiful seaside temple. There are special tickets available since the place was less crowded we went in the normal line! There are lots of Handcraft Store inside the temple and special mention for the people’s favourite elephant Sundari, don’t forget to get blessings from her!

Temple located next to the beach and one of the oldest temples and delicate to Murugan. Free meals are provided to devotees. Parking is good, Poor maintenance and low maintenance washroom in and around the temple pls plan accordingly.

Totally Money minded priest (Iyer) people's highly disappointed, too much off money blabbering, if we wants to see darshan without queue per person asking 2000 , only 100rs queue and general queue that's all , Lord Muruga u only wants to clear this atrocities highly suggested to visit temple after lunch, yaazhi well it's also totally 3hrs queue
