Sonnbichl - TIROLO

The evening dinners were very special, with dressed for taste and eye irritation prepared. the soups were very tasty: e.g. sweet flowers cream dinner. there was a gala dinner with reh (venison) on the main course. each time freshly prepared and served torten hot out. the spooky! desserts were artistically served and the meals were complicated.

We were in meran and had the chairlift up to the restaurant, just to find it closed. so we went behind the restaurant and saw several hotels between the wine mountains and apple trees one by one. most of them are over, we found them closed. we walked into the hotel sonnbichl and found out that they had a wide terrace with several flats of pools, sitting outdoors and looking up! No one else was there and we asked if they served lunch to whom they said yes the server was very friendly and in any case we wanted a great time. as soon as the food came out, my friend was presented with a teller of the most beautiful salad I have seen (and I am from California everything was delicious and the bread plate alone was an artwork. if you go, please go through the accommodation, see the pools and the wellness area as they are stunning!
