Quality ice cream shop, but truly embarrassing and incompetent staff. I arrived with 7 friends tonight at 10.40pm and, despite the website clearly reporting midnight as the closing time, there was no way in. The owner, annoyed to see other customers arriving at that hour, answered us rudely and insisted that tonight they would close at 11pm. As the only solution, he told us that we could order and eat the ice cream quickly so as to leave the table is free for 11pm. That is, you tell me, if it is normal for one to be breathing down one's neck to order and eat an ice cream in scarce 20 minutes. Total madness. I highly recommend going to the ice cream parlor across the road (Lollipop) where, in addition to a very high quality, we found friendly, quick and efficient staff. And last but not least, compliance with the times shown on the site. That said, that's not how it works. Dear owner, advice: change your way of working or you will lose many customers as well as me and my friends.
