Subway - Tipton

When I walked in, a dark-haired employee glanced at me, but instead of greeting me, he went over to whisper to a girl I had never seen working there before. They both kept glancing at me while they whispered. As I was placing my order, they displayed an overtly rude and condescending attitude. The boy acted as if I was being unreasonable for wanting cucumber, claiming they didn't have any cut. Additionally, the bread was burnt and hard, and the lettuce was brown. I truly appreciate this Subway and the staff who usually work here, but this recent behavior is simply unacceptable.

The dark-haired staff member at this restaurant could use some improvement in his customer service skills. Each time I've visited, he's displayed a negative attitude. If you're not fond of interacting with people, perhaps a job in customer service isn't the best fit for you.

This particular restaurant usually provides excellent service.

The food is fantastic! I had a great experience dining here. I especially enjoyed the Asian cuisine. Highly recommend trying it!

It's Subway—nothing particularly special, but it's not terrible either.
